Please try to cooperate with the following guidelines:
1. To qualify, prayer requests should be of an emergency nature such as illness, accidents, hospitalization, etc… Make sure to write down all requests as given.
2. Please start with the first person on the list! Pass request immediately to the person below your name, if you do not reach an actual person, then continue down the list. We need people praying immediately, since this is an emergency hotline!
3. Give prayer request plainly and be sure the person you pass it on to has the correct information. Very important – Make the request concise!!
4. Pray earnestly as for yourself or your loved one.
5. Please do not pass request to children or have children pass request on.
